The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between wrestlers' psychological resilience levels and rumination levels. In the study, the correlational research model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. To collect research data, the “Demographic Information Form”, “Short Psychological Resilience Scale” and “Mistake Rumination Scale” were used. In the data analysis, parametric tests such as the t-test and Pearson correlation analysis were performed. Cronbach's Alpha analysis was applied to determine the internal consistency values of the data. Approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Atatürk University for this research. In conclusion, no significant difference was found between gender and psychological resilience and rumination, while a significant difference was found between educational status and psychological resilience, but no significant difference was found with rumination.
