A Phase-Dynamic Refractive Index for the SgrA*–Cosmic Ray–Climate Chain

The CL5D Hybrid Model is applied to the SgrA*–cosmic ray–climate chain, introducinga phase-dynamic refractive index (RI) that compares the Attraction (At) of theincident cosmic ray signal (Oulu neutron monitor) with that of Earth’s thermal response(GISTEMP). Using two well-separated epochs – 1964–1989 (Epoch1) and 1990–2025(Epoch2) – we compute the full CL5D parameters under the cosmology domain protocol(no 50% gate). The time series are short (26–36 annual points), which limits the ExAgent (harmonic progression over 400 regions) to zero; this constraint is noted as atemporal resolution limitation. The Attraction values reveal a fundamental decoupling:• Epoch1: Oulu At = 1.00, GISTEMP At = 0.32 → RI = 3.14 (transparentmedium; cosmic ray dominance).• Epoch2: Oulu At = 0.31, GISTEMP At = 0.51 → RI = 0.62 (refractive medium;Earth internal dominance). The refractive index decreased by 80%, indicating that the Earth system has transitionedfrom a passive receiver of cosmic ray modulation to an active, self-sustaining phase drivenby internal entropy. This indicates an 80% loss of phase-resonance betweenthe cosmic driver and the planetary response. The shift provides a quantitative,phase-dynamic explanation for the failure of linear climate models and opens a newavenue for diagnosing planetary regime changes.
