Efficacy of Oral Tofacitinib in Moderate-to-Severe Pediatric Atopic Dermatitis: A Case Series
Abstract Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic skin disease most commonly affecting children. The pathophysiology is thought to be influenced by the JAK-STAT signalling system. There are very few studies showing the efficacy of JAK-STAT inhibitors in AD. Here, we present the case series of seven pediatric patients treated successfully with oral tofacitinib.
