Front Cover: Radioiodination of Two Carborane‐Based Dual Cyclooxygenase‐2/5‐Lipoxygenase Inhibitors and Their In Vitro and In Vivo Evaluation (ChemBioChem 7/2026)
Two detection dogs trained to recognize COX-2 and 5-LO assist in the search for tumors that overexpress these enzymes. A carborane-containing dual inhibitor radiolabeled with iodine-123 enables visualization using SPECT imaging.
