Surface engineering of SnO 2 for improved perovskite/SnO 2 photodetectors

Surface engineering with (NH 4 ) 2 WS 4 passivates surface oxygen vacancies in SnO 2 and suppresses I and Pb vacancies at the bottom surface of MAPbI 3 thin films, resulting in high-performance MAPbI 3 /SnO 2 heterojunction photodetectors.
