An operando spectroscopic examination of the influence of trace humidity on interdigital back contact metal halide perovskite solar cells
In operando investigations of trace humidity effects (5–35 ppm V ) on metal halide perovskite solar cells using back contact devices are revealing water migration, outgassing, charge-carrier quenching, and reversible photocurrent responses.
