Safety and efficacy of the Neuroform Atlas stent in the treatment of intracranial arterial stenosis: a systematic review and single-arm meta-analysis
The Neuroform Atlas stent appears technically feasible and relatively safe for patients with symptomatic ICAS refractory to medical therapy, achieving high rates of functional independence. However, the evidence is limited by small, retrospective, single-arm studies and substantial heterogeneity. Large, randomized controlled trials are needed to define its role more clearly.
