SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ON BRAND LOYALTY AMONG YOUTH
Social media plays a crucial role in connecting brands with young audiences. In today’s digital environment, the way companies interact with younger consumers has changed significantly. The rapid growth of digital platforms has created new opportunities for brands to build relationships with youth. In this internet-driven era, businesses increasingly rely on social media to communicate effectively with young consumers. The expansion of social networking sites has reshaped brand communication and engagement among younger generations. This study examines how social media marketing influences brand loyalty among youth. The research highlights that regular interactions, customized content, transparency, and prompt responses to customer queries help in building strong emotional connections between brands and young consumers. Social media enables direct communication between brands and customers, which enhances trust and encourages repeat purchases. The study is based on primary data collected from 120 youth respondents through a structured questionnaire. The findings indicate that well-planned social media strategies significantly enhance brand preference, trust, and loyalty among young consumers. The results also show that while social media advertisements influence purchase decisions, factors such as age group and influencer impact do not exhibit a strong statistical relationship with brand choice. Overall, the study concludes that trust-building and meaningful content are key drivers of brand loyalty. Therefore, companies should adopt creative, authentic, and engaging social media strategies to develop long-term relationships with young consumers and sustain their competitive advantage.
