APPLICATION OF THE CONSTRAINTS-LED APPROACH IN COMBAT SPORTS TRAINING AND COACHING: A SCOPING REVIEW

The purpose of this scoping review is to map and summarize the available scientific literature on the application of the constraints-led approach (CLA) in combat sports training and coaching. The review aims to identify how these frameworks have been implemented, the types of constraints manipulated, the populations studied, and the outcomes examined, in order to provide an overview of current practices and highlight gaps for future research.
