The role of artificial intelligence systems in simplifying criminal trial procedures

Judicial systems, despite the different criminal policies of countries, seek to achieve justice in the shortest and easiest way for the parties to the criminal case on the one hand, and those responsible for completing the procedure on the other hand. Therefore, the penal systems began to search for easy alternatives to achieve that justice, which is called in jurisprudence alternative justice, and since the judiciary It follows a traditional method that sometimes leads to the consumption of a significant amount of time, which has prompted some judicial systems to search for an alternative means that achieves justice more quickly by simplifying it through the application of a system of simplifying procedures. Through this study, we will shed light on the extent to which this has been achieved in light of development. The tremendous technology we live in. There is no doubt that every study must have a specific problem that justifies research into it in order to reach results that address that problem. Our study of the subject of electronic trial requires us to research the extent to which it is possible to apply some procedures related to the judiciary electronically. This naturally requires the existence of special mechanisms and tools that must be achieved in order to activate electronic litigation.
