A Study On Customer Behaviour And Purchasing Pattern Using Yuukke

The rise of digital shopping has changed how people buy things. This study looks at how customers behave and what they buy on Yuukke, a social commerce site for women run by Betamonks Technology Factory Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai. The goal is to understand how customers interact with the platform, what influences their buying choices, and how satisfied they are with their experiences. The study used a descriptive research method, gathering information from 113 people through a set of questions. The data was analyzed using methods like percentage analysis, ANOVA, correlation, and regression. Most of the people surveyed are women between the ages of 18 and 24, and they mostly buy home decor items. Age plays a big role in what products they prefer, but education does not affect their buying choices. The main factors that make customers happy are the quality of the products, how quickly they get delivered, the support they receive from customer service, and how easy the app is to use. These factors are closely linked to whether customers will buy again. Some of the main reasons people don't complete a purchase are high shipping costs, finding better prices elsewhere, and problems with payment. The results give useful ideas for improving the user experience, making customers more engaged, helping sellers, and increasing customer loyalty through better service and more useful platform features.
