Conceptual Note on Primary Narcissism, Projective Identification, the Narcissistic Spectrum of Positions, and the Babel Phenomenon

A concise theoretical statement introducing the Narcissistic Spectrum model by Dimitris Seferiadis. This work redefines primary narcissism as a lifelong regulatory function, expands projective identification beyond defense into embodied relational transmission, and introduces the Babel Phenomenon as a clinical condition of communication without shared meaning.
