Ethics of artificial intelligence: modern foreign and Russian approaches to definition in regulatory and strategic documents

The importance of introducing universal rules for the development and implementation of AI systems, as well as for ensuring the ethical foundations of their application in order to prevent violations of human will and rights, is increasing. The topic of ethical AI regulation is becoming more necessary in the international and Russian expert community. The article discusses various Russian and international (USA, EU, China) approaches to the concept of "AI ethics".
