INAF.Libraries.Uwp.PfsDB TECHNICAL REPORT

This solution provides a UWP-oriented data access library for the PFS domain, supported by a lightweight UWP logging component and shared `.NET Standard 2.0` model and utility libraries. The main goal of the solution is to expose reusable components for reading and writing PFS-related data stored in a SQL Server database while keeping shared contracts portable across applications.The central project, `INAF.Libraries.Uwp.PfsDB`, uses Entity Framework Core to map the database schema and implements higher-level database operations through a partial `DbHandler` class.
