This paper presents a fully integrated conditional argument. It does not claim that physics refutes metaphysics. Rather, it shows that if a theological doctrine insists on physically efficacious historical intervention, then such claims must satisfy the operational interface constraints of modern quantum mechanics and quantum information theory.
