Vitamin A Alleviates the Reduction in Milk Fat Synthesis through the TrxR/PPARγ Pathway in H₂O₂-Injured BMECs .1
This study aimed to investigate the effect and mechanisms by which vitamin A (VA) alleviates the reduction in milk fat synthesis by silencing TrxR and blocking the PPAR in bovine mammary gland epithelium cells (BMECs) injured by H 2 O 2 .TrxR was silenced by using small interfering RNA (siRNA) to detect the role of TrxR in milk fat synthesis. The third-passage BMECs were allocated to 6 treatments including CON, H 2 O 2 , VA+H 2 O 2 , siTrxR, siTrxR + VA, and siTrxR + VA+H 2 O 2 , to evaluate the mechanism of VA alleviating the decline of milk fat synthesis by TrxR signaling pathway.Subsequently, GW9662 (GW) was used to inhibit PPAR activity.Cells were randomly assigned to 6 treatments including CON,
