Long non‐coding RNA‐MIR3142HG as a novel biomarker for assessing disease activity in children with Crohn's disease

This study indicated that both serum and intestinal mucosal lncRNA-MIR3142HG, alone or combined with fecal calprotectin, may be useful for evaluating clinical and endoscopic activity in pediatric CD, with combined assessments yielding superior efficacy.
