A Fine-Tuned Modified Generating-Function Framework for Structured Constructions in the Three-Dimensional Incompressible Navier-Stokes Equations

This paper presents a fine-tuned modified generating-function framework for constructingexplicit candidate solutions of the three-dimensional incompressible Navier–Stokes equationswithin a declared ansatz class. The method combines the modified generating function technique([m]GFT), which supplies a finite catalog of homogeneous symbolic seeds, with a fine-tuninglayer that separates the homogeneous structure from the inhomogeneous response through aGreen–Duhamel operator and activates a nested correction only when the residual architecturewarrants it. The one-phase exponential reduction used in the author’s earlier Navier–Stokeswork is retained as a worked subfamily, but it is reinterpreted as a finite obstruction systemrather than as evidence for a general global-regularity conclusion. The manuscript emphasizes ajournal-style validation hierarchy that distinguishes exact symbolic cancellation from residual-certifiedapproximation and from inconclusive computation. In this form, the contribution ismethodological: it provides a structured operator-based route for deriving and testing explicitincompressible-flow candidates while remaining consistent with the classical analytical literatureon the Navier–Stokes equations.
