The Spiral Sea Theory: The Hierarchical Scaling of the Universe. The unresolved Mysteries of Dark Matter, Flat Galaxies, and Wandering Stars which leads to new ones: The Solid Ether and the Structure of the Manyfold

This paper introduces the Spiral Sea Theory, a unified mechanical framework for cosmology thatresolves the fundamental discrepancies of the ΛCDM model by identifying the ”Scaling Problemof Cosmology.” We argue that the requirement for non-baryonic Dark Matter and repulsive DarkEnergy arises from a scale-blind application of a static gravitational constant G across a nestedhierarchy spanning several orders of magnitude. Our calculations revealan ”Inverse Crisis”: the integration of the 1/r2 law over a spiral density gradient (δ ∝ R−1) resultsin an excessive centripetal force (1/R)), necessitating a counter-balancing Torsional Resistivityfrom the manifold’s spatial winding to maintain structural stability.A priory we stablish that the stability of galactic cores is maintained by a Positive FeedbackLoop of density-dependent reinforcement, while ”flat” rotation curves and spiral arm morphologyresult from a reciprocal Negative Feedback Loop and tangential decoupling at the radial thresholdRbreak. Abstract

We also account that this dark matter is hiddenordinary matter.By relaxing the assumption of a universal constant, we propose a hierarchical coupling parameterGn determined by the ambient mass density δ and the system scale. And later we find a physical process to account for them. Furthermore, this modelprovides a mechanical account for the vertical symmetrization of flat galaxies. We also explainthe measurement of galactic cores through radiation profiles. Galactic dynamics is explained andthe different periods at play with a proper physical model. We also explain the rapid decouplingof stars from the outer rim of the galaxy through the whip effect and the new mysteries of a solidether and the structure of the manifold.
