Water-extractable organic matter from tropical soils and biochar amendment tailors the colloidal behavior of nanoparticles and mitigates their toxicity through molecular eco-corona formation
The molecular composition of soil organic matter governs eco-corona formation on CuONP; biochar amendments and Amazonian dark earth WEOM enhance aromatic diversity and binding sites, strengthening the eco-corona and reducing nanoparticle toxicity.
