Preoperative First-line Amlodipine in Pheochromocytoma/Paraganglioma: Perioperative Haemodynamic Instability and Its Predictors
First-line amlodipine blockade was effective in preventing iHDI in PPGL. Plasma free metanephrine and normetanephrine correlated with intraoperative hypertension and postoperative hypotension, respectively.
