In Table 6, column 1 in row 7 “LR χ2” should be changed to “LR chi2” and in Table 7 “NQPFs (3) NQPFs (4) NQPFs (1) NQPFs (2) NQPFs (5) NQPFs (6)” are modified to “NQPFs (1) NQPFs (2) NQPFs (3) NQPFs (4) NQPFs (5) NQPFs (6)”, the sequence in order is 1 2 3 4 5 6, rather than 3 4 1 2 5 6.
