Genomic Resolution via the CDR Systemic Stack: Zero-Shot Pathogenicity, Long-Range Regulatory Dependencies, and Generative Recoherence using Foundation Model Evo 2.
This paper formalizes a methodology for the automated resolution of genetic components in complex diseases. By integrating the 12-Stage Sovereign Systemic Stack with the Evo 2 Foundation Model, we move beyond traditional GWAS (Genome-Wide Association Studies). This protocol enables the identification of Stage 3 (Bond-Sign Failure) at single-nucleotide resolution and Stage 4 (Distal Regulatory Switches) across 1-million-token context windows. The outcome is the establishment of Defensive Prior Art for the technological accommodation of vulnerable populations, precluding commercial enclosure of fundamental biological communication pathways.
