PSYCHOSOCIAL DISTRESS, BODY IMAGE PERCEPTION, AND COPING MECHANISMS AMONG BREAST CANCER PATIENTS: A CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY AT A TERTIARY HEALTH FACILITY IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA.
