Bibliometrix analysis using biblioShiny in R package of "digital transformation and organizational change" extracted from both web of science and Scopus

The abundant literature on the subject of organizational change clearly demonstrates the great interest that practitioners and researchers have in the subject. In a context of perpetual change, organizations find themselves obliged to study and develop their ability to adapt to change in order to ensure their survival. It is for this reason that a great deal of research is being carried out in this area, attempting to provide managers and leaders with models of change adapted to the context of digital innovation and digital transformation. In this article, we have attempted to present the state of the art of research through a bibliometric analysis using the R tool Biblioshiny of the corpus consisting of 85 articles combined from the renowned databases SCOPUS and WEB OF SCIENCE. The highlight we conclude from this combined analysis is: that developed countries continue to invest in digital technologies and therefore by default in the issues to be mobilized to develop the capacity to change. The construct linking digital transformation, organisational change and innovation implies that digital transformation is the result of a technological innovation that requires managerial innovation to succeed, just as it can just as easily be the result of an organizational innovation following organizational and leadership change, so the dynamics of change are transversal. The phenomenon of digital transformation has more of a managerial and organizational framework than a technical one, since it is people who are the final receivers and the main players, hence the interest in managerial and social journals. The findings of this study will be of interest for both researchers and managers who work on the phenomenon of digital transformation and organizational change
