152TiP PADL1NK-005: A randomized phase III trial of PDL1V (PF-08046054) monotherapy vs docetaxel in patients with previously treated PD-L1-positive non-small cell lung cancer
PDL1V (PF-08046054) is an investigational antibody-drug-conjugate that binds to programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1)–expressing tumor cells and delivers cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) through proteolytic cleavage of the mc-vc linker enabling preferential intracellular release of MMAE within target cells. PDL1V monotherapy has shown promising antitumor activity and manageable safety profile in patients with relapsed or refractory non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC; Oliva et al., ESMO 2025; NCT05208762).
