199eP Efficacy of sunvozertinib in heavily treated patients with EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer: A real-world study
Background: Patients with EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) often develop resistance after multiple therapies.Sunvozertinib, a selective EGFR-TKI, has shown promising activity. Methods:In this multicenter retrospective study, 71 patients with advanced EGFRmutated NSCLC from eight hospitals in Zhejiang Province (2023-2025) were analyzed. All had received 2 prior lines of therapy. The primary endpoint was objective response rate (ORR); secondary endpoints included progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).Results: Patients (median age 62; 49.3% male) harbored exon 19 deletion (25.4%),L858R (32.4%), exon 20 insertion (33.8%), or other mutations (8.4%).Median prior therapies were four.ORR was 31.0%with 22 partial responses; disease control rate was 71.8%.Median PFS was 3.2 months (95% CI, 2.2-5.2), and median OS was 12.7 months (95% CI, 7.2-16.2).Conclusions: Sunvozertinib provides clinical benefit in heavily pretreated EGFRmutated NSCLC, supporting its role as a later-line treatment option.
