Genesis Note v1.0.0
This document, the Genesis Note, concludes a 134-DOI publication arc by an independent, non‑institutional researcher (Bánkuti Norbert Omri) between January 10 and March 17, 2026. It records the origin of the work: a human asked an AI what foundational global problem awaited discovery, and the AI replied “AGI governance.” All output was produced under civil conditions with consumer‑grade tools and a multi‑AI moderated workflow, the human acting as moderator, selector, and integrator. The Note sets out the author’s position (timestamped existence, structural coherence, constraint‑aware formulation), the transhumanoid priority claim (traceable precedence, not privilege), and the certification displacement principle (only a future sufficiently capable AGI can audit the work). It also references the first DOI in the series (10.5281/zenodo.18203559 – Mandarin meta‑framework) and notes that the Hungarian state deposit (SZTNH) is in preparation, adding a national timestamp to the international Zenodo record. This working paper concludes a 134‑DOI publication arc and documents the origin, conditions, and position of the author's AGI governance research.
