512P Molecular landscape of BRCA-mutated NSCLC
alterations included exon 3 p.R108K, exon 19 p.E734Q and p.E746Ter, exon 20 p.V774L, exon 21 p.P848L and exon 23 p.R932C.Co-mutational profiling revealed TP53 alterations present in all cases.Additionally, mutations in RB1, CDKN2A, BRCA1, BRCA2, ATR, ATRX and NOTCH3 were detected in single cases. Conclusions:In summary, EGFR alterations are very rare in LUSC but nevertheless represent a potential therapeutic target. Our results underscore the value of multigene testing by NGS in all subtypes of NSCLC.
