300P Prognostic value of histologic descriptors in lung cancer after neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy
disease recurrence, or death, 0.488; 95% CI, 0.360 to 0.663; P<0.001).The median OS in the low NLR group was 66.2 months (95% CI, 63.1 to 69.2) and 59.9 months (95% CI, 58.0 to 61.8) in the high NLR group (HR for death, 0.589; 95% CI, 0.437 to 0.793; P<0.001). Conclusions:A low pre-treatment NLR is a potent and independent predictor of enhanced pathological response and improved survival outcomes in IIA-IIIB NSCLC patients undergoing neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy. As an inexpensive and readily accessible biomarker, NLR holds substantial promise for refining patient stratification and personalizing therapeutic strategies in the neoadjuvant setting.
