E_Dialogic Dynamics, Mimetic Entropy, and Governability (RAG-RES)

This document establishes a full theoretical integration of the RES = RAG paradigm within the CBD-RAG-RES framework by interpreting dialogic dynamics as a manifestation of universal mimetic propagation and entropic accumulation laws. The dialogic distance is formalized as the structural equivalent of mimetic tension, governing system stability and coherence. The framework demonstrates that stability requires a non-zero minimal distance, consistent with the law of conditional reversibility, and identifies a Goldilocks zone as a universal governability attractor. Regime dynamics, including fragmentation, stable equilibrium, and singular collapse, are defined through the interaction between propagation intensity and structural load. Critical transitions are explained through tipping dynamics and accelerating entropic accumulation. A topological interpretation using Wasserstein space reinforces the structural nature of these transitions. The document concludes that dialogic consciousness and AI stability emerge from a controlled dynamic imbalance, confirming the universality of CBD laws across complex collective systems.
