234P MRD evaluation of adjuvant aumolertinib in stage IB and IA2-3 EGFR-mutant NSCLC after complete surgical resection: A multicenter, single-arm, open-lable study

Conclusions: Our findings suggest that adjuvant EGFR-TKI therapy may confer survival benefits on selected stage IA NSCLC patients harboring EGFR mutations, particularly those with high risk of local recurrence and distant metastasis.Molecular testing and individualized postoperative management should be considered to optimize patient outcomes.
