48P First-line lorlatinib versus sequential second-generation ALK TKI followed by lorlatinib in advanced ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer: A real-world cohort study
Lorlatinib, a third-generation anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), is a standard first-line option for advanced ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) based on the CROWN trial. In routine practice, patients often receive either upfront lorlatinib or a sequential strategy with a second-generation (2G) ALK TKI followed by lorlatinib, but comparative real-world effectiveness data are limited.
