289P Post Induction TNM9 ypN2b status identifies high risk resected NSCLC after preoperative therapy
The 9th edition of the TNM Classification for Lung Cancer (TNM9) refines N2 disease into N2a (single-station) and N2b (multi-station). While validated in primarily resected non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), its prognostic relevance after induction therapy remains poorly explored. We assessed whether postinduction ypN2a/b predicts disease-free survival (DFS) in resected NSCLC within multimodal strategies.
