207eP A real-world study on efficacy of different second-line treatment strategies following the progression of first-line immunotherapy and its combination therapies in driver gene-negative advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are standard first-line therapy for driver-negative advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) but face early resistance. The optimal second-line strategy after progression remains undefined. This dual-center study evaluated the efficacy of various second-line treatments in this real-world patient population.
