We concluded the research with a conclusion that included the results we reached and the recommendations in light of that, and we reached a main conclusion, which is that the rules of international law are no longer able to keep pace with the rapid development of artificial intelligence and its actual and potential risks, which requires a radical development to put an end to the risks of artificial intelligence.
