Molecular epidemiology of the MTHFR C677T polymorphism and its association with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the University of Gondar Comprehensive Specialized Hospital
The study highlights integrating genetic profiling with targeted risk reduction. Health facilities should strengthen screening and genetic counseling, with support from policymakers, researchers, NGOs, and community groups.
