Export Potential of Certain Types of Software of Russian IT Companies

The article examines the issue of assessing the export potential of domestic products in the information and communication technology sector using the example of 10 individual types of software. Based on domestic and international research on export potential assessment, a special methodology has been developed that allows for assessing the export potential of Russian information technology products. Using this methodology, an analysis of 208 countries was conducted, taking into account political, socio-economic and technological factors, and estimates of the export potential of 10 types of software from Russian development companies were obtained.
