Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology (RDCC) v30.0 - Minimal Extension of ΛCDM / Bounce EFT Framework

This is version 30.0 of the Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology (RDCC) framework, a minimal and nonsingular extension of ΛCDM based on a single structural postulate: the global quantum state of the Universe is a CPT eigenstate. RDCC provides a two-sector Hilbert-space factorization in which the visible and mirror sectors propagate on the same spacetime geometry and interact only through gravity. A single infrared relaxation parameter α ~ 10⁻² governs all observable deviations from ΛCDM. Version 30.0 introduces several major upgrades: • A fully restructured forecast section (Euclid, DESI, CMB-S4, SKA, LISA) with new figures and a unified α‑correlation analysis. • A new theoretical section on primordial gravitational waves, including the origin of logarithmic oscillations and their α‑dependence. • A new Section on the one‑parameter correlation structure, showing how α links early- and late-time observables (nₛ, ΔN_eff, fσ₈, Ω_GW, 21‑cm oscillations). • A new quantum foundations section interpreting the CPT-symmetric bounce as a fixed point of the global wavefunction, with α as an entanglement coupling. • Removal of redundant sections and placeholder figures, resulting in a cleaner, more coherent manuscript. • A fully polished abstract, conclusion, and consistent cross-referencing throughout the document. RDCC addresses several long-standing puzzles in cosmology and quantum foundations: • The thermodynamic arrow of time emerges from sectoral entropy divergence. • The initial singularity is replaced by a smooth, ghost-free CPT-symmetric bounce. • Dark matter arises naturally as mirror baryons with a dynamically generated temperature ratio T'/T ≈ 0.5. • The baryon asymmetry emerges from the CPT-symmetric two-sector structure. • The primordial spectral tilt nₛ − 1 = −2α is generated entropically, without inflation. • A blue-tilted stochastic gravitational-wave background with logarithmic oscillations is predicted in the LISA band. • Percent-level deviations in structure growth and sub-percent 21‑cm oscillations follow from the same α. RDCC v30.0 is the most complete and refined iteration to date, presenting a minimal, radiatively natural, and observationally falsifiable alternative to inflation. The framework stands or falls with the empirical consistency of a single parameter α across multiple cosmological probes. Abstract
