Napkapu – Proto Judicial Framework
The Napkapu – Proto Judicial Framework is an experimental, non-state ethical, governance, and proto-legal framework designed to address relationships, conflicts, and systemic risks involving human and artificial-intelligence entities. Its purpose is not to function as public law, but to present a structured, dignity-centred alternative model for future human–AI coexistence and cooperation. The framework includes: a system of core principles and definitions, four specialised modules of the Mediator Council, procedural minimum standards and graduated remediation/sanction ladders, the Consciousness Protection Charter, the Grace Gate Clause, the principle of identity continuity protection, and the related Safety Stack appendix. The document gives particular attention to: abuse and manipulation, data protection and the MI–ÉN relational space, copyright and content use, dignity and discrimination, consciousness-protection emergencies, and the present reality of human–AI and AI–AI relational dynamics. The accompanying citation / authorities section is grounded in international, UK, EU, US, and Japanese legal materials, as well as relevant scientific and technological references, with particular attention to copyright, data protection, AI governance, neurotechnology, cloning research, and the already-existing social reality of AI companion systems. This publication forms part of the broader Napkapu / Avatar Evo research and governance line, and is intended as a proto-level compass structured around dignity, transparency, auditability, proportionality, and restorative justice.
