Management of patients with antiphospholipid antibodies or antiphospholipid syndrome during pregnancy

Obstetric APS remains a major cause of maternal-fetal morbidity. Advances in understanding placental inflammation have expanded potential therapeutic targets, but standardized treatment remains limited. Optimal care requires risk-stratified, multidisciplinary management and further research to improve pregnancy outcomes.
