Efficacy of Low-dose Aspirin in Preventing Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy in Women with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: A Single-Center Retrospective Cohort Study
LDA did not significantly reduce the incidence of HDP in women with SLE. This lack of effect may reflect the low event rate in a well-controlled cohort. These findings underscore the need for individualized risk assessment and careful monitoring, beyond reliance on LDA alone, in the management of pregnancies with SLE.
