MiR‐10a‐5p aggravates podocyte injury in diabetic nephropathy by inhibiting E2f7‐mediated autophagy

This study identifies the miR-10a-5p/E2f7 axis as a critical regulator of podocyte injury and autophagy in DN. Therapeutic inhibition of miR-10a-5p may represent a promising strategy for preserving podocyte function and attenuating DN injury.
