Ictal FDG-PET Outscores Ictal SPECT in Pediatric Epilepsia Partialis Continua: An Illustrative Example

We present a case of a 3-year-old girl with intractable epilepsia partialis continua (EPC) for 6 months, in whom Ictal FDG-PET was able to accurately localize the seizure onsets while standalone ictal SPECT was noncontributory.
