Complete genome sequences of two Mesoterricola strains belonging to the phylum Acidobacteriota , isolated from sediment and paddy soil

Mesoterricola strains MK458 and JemC181 are anaerobic bacteria within the phylum Acidobacteriota, isolated from sediment and paddy soil, respectively. Here, we report their complete genomes, ranging from 4.76 to 5.18 Mb in size, with G + C contents of 68.3%-68.6%, encoding 4,021-4,435 protein-coding genes.
