Personalization of the implantation window and correction of the uterine microflora in a patient with repeated implantation failures
Repeated implantation failures (RIF) pose a serious problem in assisted reproductive technology (ART) programs, reducing their effectiveness. The diagnosis and treatment of RIF continue to generate active debate among specialists, with particular attention paid to the role of endometrial factors, including the state of the uterine microflora and endometrial receptivity. This article presents a clinical case of correction of uterine microflora composition and personalized embryo transfer in a patient with RIF during ART.
