Operator A10 and predictions for the absolute neutrino mass scale in the GTWSSF–USC–GTCW formalism Technical Annex A10
Abstract Technical Annex A10 ( March 2026) establishes the complete, reproducible and auditable mathematical anchor for the neutrino mass reconstruction bridge within the GTWSSF–USC–GTCW framework. It presents the explicit derivation of the frozen Operator A10, its full algebraic decomposition, identification and resolution of the kinematic inconsistency between the raw operator output and oscillation kinematics, implementation of the physicality gate Pphys P_{\text{phys}} Pphys, and final falsifiable predictions in the recommended E-A closure (rank-2 with detMν=0 \det M_\nu = 0 detMν=0). The annex delivers sharp, parameter-free predictions for the absolute neutrino mass observables (Σmν \Sigma m_\nu Σmν, mβ m_\beta mβ, mββ m_{\beta\beta} mββ) based exclusively on immutable Universal Structural Code (USC) constants and a single oscillation anchor. Full Monte Carlo simulations (up to 300 000 trials) with error propagation, executable pseudocode and two minimal closure pathways (E-A and E-B) are included. This document serves as the rigorous mathematical foundation for the transition to the fundamental model Mν(ΘUSC) M_\nu(\Theta_{\text{USC}}) Mν(ΘUSC), resolving the algebraic tension identified in earlier conceptual work. Dostarcza jawnego wyprowadzenia zamrożonego Operatora A10, pełnej dekompozycji algebraicznej, identyfikacji i rozwiązania błędu kinematycznego, implementacji bramki fizyczności Pphys P_{\text{phys}} Pphys oraz ostatecznych, ostro falsyfikowalnych predykcji w zalecanym torze domknięcia E-A (rangi 2 z warunkiem detMν=0 \det M_\nu = 0 detMν=0). Aneks dostarcza ostrych, bezparametrowych predykcji obserwabli absolutnych (Σmν \Sigma m_\nu Σmν, mβ m_\beta mβ, mββ m_{\beta\beta} mββ) opartych wyłącznie na zamrożonych stałych Universal Structural Code (USC) oraz pojedynczej kotwicy oscylacyjnej. Zawiera pełne symulacje Monte Carlo (do 300 000 prób) z propagacją błędów, wykonawalny pseudokod oraz dwie minimalne ścieżki domknięcia widma mas (E-A i E-B). Dokument pełni rolę rygorystycznej matematycznej podstawy dla przejścia do modelu fundamentalnego Mν(ΘUSC) M_\nu(\Theta_{\text{USC}}) Mν(ΘUSC), rozwiązując napięcie algebraiczne zidentyfikowane we wcześniejszej pracy koncepcyjnej. Słowa kluczowe: Operator A10, absolutna skala mas neutrin, GTWSSF–USC–GTCW, Universal Structural Code, bramka fizyczności, domknięcie rangi 2, symulacja Monte Carlo, rekonstrukcja mas neutrin
