A High-Latitude Ionospheric Resonance Monitor for Improved Seismic Precursor Detection and Space Weather Alerts
The Aegis engine introduces the Resonance Stability Index (RSI), a new coherence metric for high-latitude plasma breathing. Built on public NASA IONEX data, it combines traditional TEC/σ anomaly detection with real-time resonance analysis. Designed specifically for the Arctic (Laptev Sea / Northern Siberia focus), Aegis reduces false alarms and offers 12–48 hour earlier warning compared to conventional threshold-based systems. Includes automated daily PDF reports, live vacuum scans, and full reproducibility instructions.
