A sample of 60 players aged 17–25 years was surveyed using structured questionnaires and interviews. The findings reveal that ankle sprains, shoulder tendinitis, and knee injuries are the most common, primarily caused by overuse, poor warm-up routines, and inadequate playing surfaces. The study recommends targeted injury prevention programs and physiotherapy support at the institutional level.
