OPTIMIZATION OF THE DESTRUCTION FORECASTING METHODOLOGY IN THE HEAT SUPPLY SYSTEM IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY

Forecasting the destruction of the heat supply system due to various causes, such as damage, wear, corrosion, and emergency prevention is an urgent research topic throughout the entire service life of pipelines in heating networks. Corrosion damage is the most common type of pipeline wear. Forecasting the development of destruction will allow us to determine the most effective method of their restoration, which will help prevent the destruction of engineering structures, improve the environmental situation and ensure the optimal functioning of pipeline systems. Despite the advantages of the existing techniques, they are still under development. The practice of their application shows that it is best to work them out on a real existing system, unlike a new one that has not been in operation before, where there are specific features and risk factors. When starting work, it is important to check all the technical features, draw up a clear action plan that will eventually make it possible to reduce the recovery time, improve the operational characteristics and reliability of the system. The results of this study can be used by organizations that balance pipelines of heating networks to adjust the schedule of preventive maintenance work.
